The following article entitled, “The Problem with “Indigenizing” the University” shows what happens when Professors have far to much time on their hands. Attempting to integrate a stone age culture model into a modern University, even with the best of intentions reflects 1) Moral Courage, 2) a lack of understanding of how the real world works and 3) a silly and vain attempt at slapping one’s own back for looking down on a group. A concept which includes “multiple truths” is one which not only counter-productive to progress, but should be recognized as providing an excuse for individual failure. Try to keep in mind, as you read this piece, that this is actually happening in Canada; let us hope it will be stopped at the border as undesirable. https://quillette.com/2021/02/24/the-problem-with-indigenizing-the-university/
