China and Cryptocurrency

Wang Xiansui , recently translated from the original People’s Liberation Army documents, is willing to commit to warfare by any means; conventional, biological, hacking, etc. Becoming the world’s dominate currency, especially through cryptocurrency provides China with the ability to strangle any economy.
